We believe our Associates are as much part of our business as our employees and therefore we have an effective Associate Programme in place that includes;

Associate meetings – these are designed as a information sharing session between our Associates and Directors of the business, involving open discussion and knowledge sharing around existing projects and experiences.

Social Events – we believe it’s important for our Associates to get to know us and each other better, therefore we will often arrange social occasions.
