With more than 30 years experience in a broad range of fields including financial services, retail, media and management consultancy, we have a proven record in delivering improved and sustainable performance to client businesses. We can also offer you the experience of our sister business, Cordoba Group, which was established in 2002.
The team is drawn from a variety of backgrounds but all have relevant, client side experience and the enthusiasm needed to deliver tangible results. Our team work closely with you to ensure that we focus on the things that really matter, and make the difference that you need.
Cordoba Solutions is based in Birmingham but operates across the UK, with additional offices in London.

- We believe that we will deliver the results we commit to and so on many customer initiatives we put our money where our mouth is, and are happy to work on a “risk and reward” basis. This means that part of our fee is totally dependent on the results we deliver.
